These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, products, quotations, manufacturing services, custom order services, and related business dealings offered by Meta Sky ("Meta Sky," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an enquiry, requesting a quotation, placing an order, making a payment, visiting the website, or otherwise engaging with Meta Sky, the customer, buyer, visitor, or user ("you" or "Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms

1. Scope of Services

Meta Sky is a Mumbai-based manufacturing business engaged in the production and supply of custom and standard labeling products, including metal labels such as Anodised Aluminium Laser Marking Label, 4 Colour Aluminum Labels and Stainless Steel Etched Labels. Product specifications, finishes, dimensions, materials, printing methods, design formats, adhesive requirements, and order quantities may vary depending on customer requirements and manufacturing feasibility

2. Acceptance of Orders

All enquiries, quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial discussions issued by Meta Sky are invitations to place an order and do not become binding until accepted by Meta Sky in writing, by email, by invoice issuance, or by commencement of production.

Meta Sky reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order where:

the artwork, wording, or instructions provided are incomplete or unlawful;

the required raw materials are unavailable;

the customer fails to make advance payment or approve production specifications; or

the requested product cannot be produced within acceptable quality or technical standards.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All prices quoted by Meta Sky are subject to change until the order is formally confirmed. Prices may depend on material grade, thickness, size, printing process, embossing, etching, anodizing, adhesive type, color requirements, tooling, packaging, freight, and applicable taxes.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation or, if unstated, for a reasonable commercial period;

Goods and Services Tax and other statutory levies are chargeable additionally where applicable; and

transportation, courier, unloading, installation, or urgent production charges are extra unless specifically included.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when interacting with Metasky. You must not misuse our services, misrepresent your identity, interfere with our operations, or engage in any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.

You also agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful purposes.

Copy, reproduce, or exploit our content without permission.

Provide false or misleading information.

Damage, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or records.

5. Custom Artwork and Proof Approval

For custom labels, tags, or signages, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, drawings, artwork, dimensions, spelling, codes, serial data, logos, and technical specifications before production begins.

Once the customer approves artwork or production proof, Meta Sky is not responsible for errors later identified in approved content, including spelling mistakes, dimension issues, color selections, batch codes, or logo placement, except where the final manufactured goods materially deviate from the approved proof.

The customer warrants that all logos, brand names, drawings, designs, serial formats, and other submitted materials do not infringe any third-party rights and may legally be used for manufacturing purposes.

6. Minimum Quantities and Production Variations

Certain products may be subject to minimum order quantities, tooling requirements, die charges, plate charges, setup charges, or sampling charges depending on the manufacturing process. Because Meta Sky supplies manufactured goods, minor commercially acceptable variations may occur in color tone, texture, finish, thickness, adhesive behavior, cutting tolerance, hole position, emboss depth, print alignment, or batch consistency. Such minor variations shall not be treated as defects where they remain within reasonable industrial tolerance.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be as stated in the quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, purchase confirmation, or written communication issued by Meta Sky. Meta Sky may require full advance payment, partial advance payment, or staged payment before procurement, sampling, dispatch, or delivery.

If payment is delayed:

production may be paused or rescheduled;

dispatch may be withheld;

ownership in the goods may remain with Meta Sky until full payment is received; and

Meta Sky may cancel the order and recover costs already incurred for material procurement, labor, tooling, artwork processing, and administration.

8. Delivery and Dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Production and dispatch schedules may be affected by raw material shortages, machine breakdown, logistics constraints, labor conditions, public holidays, regulatory issues, transport delays, force majeure events, or delays in customer approvals.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch, handover to a transporter, courier, logistics provider, or collection by the customer or the customer's agent, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The customer must inspect delivered goods promptly and notify Meta Sky of visible shortages, transit damage, or manufacturing defects within a reasonable period after receipt..

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party vendors, tools, software, delivery partners, payment gateways, hosting providers, or service collaborators to fulfill certain obligations. Metasky is not responsible for delays, errors, outages, losses, or issues caused by such third parties, except where required by law.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and professional services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or results beyond the agreed service scope.

Any advice, recommendation, or information provided by Metasky is for general service purposes only and should not be treated as a legal, financial, medical, or other professional guarantee unless expressly stated in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metasky shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, business opportunity, reputation, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

Maintenance-Free: Zero upkeep required

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metasky, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, breach of applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to Terms

Metasky may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or otherwise communicated to users, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
